JANMAR Corporation, dba The Hosiery Shopper ships all orders within 24-72 hours. Specialty orders may require up to 2 weeks lead time depending on the product ordered. You will be notified if your order requires any special handling. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs. International Shipping The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. We use USPS for all international shipments.
We will provide tracking of your order once it is shipped.
If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete return request form within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
